While overall the experience was pleasant, it was also a little aggravating as I felt a bit of a bait and switch tactic is used here. I came in with a specific car in mind that I saw on their website that little aggravating as I felt a bit of a bait and switch tactic is used here. I came in with a specific car in mind that I saw on their website that very morning, but was told they had to see if it was still there (this was literally 3 hours after they opened and 1 hour after I saw it on the lot, on a Monday morning). Instead of the car I asked about they brought out a different car, one that was higher than my initial asking budget. while I ultimately bought the car they showed me, it felt a little deceitful, though admittedly I could have put my foot down and demanded to see something else. It was my first new car in 17 years so the experience was already nerve-wracking enough, so I didnt fuss much (my own fault I know, hence the 4 stars because ultimately they did get me into a car that I do love) More

Brought my vehicle back here to get some security device installed that I received a letter about. Dropped my car off at 9am for a service that is supposed to take 45mins. Took a shuttle home, then realized it was 3pm and no one called me regarding my vehicle being ready for pickup. I tried calling the service department numerous times with no answer. I get a ride back to the dealership, just to walk in the service department and see the staff running their mouth doing NOTHING like always. NO ONE knew about my car being ready! I will NEVER bring my car back here if I don't absolutely have to! The staff are unprofessional, lousy and extremely unknowledgeable. They are the exact reason why I will never purchase another Kia in my life, glad my current one is paid off! Avoid this place at all costs, I'd rather pay more to receive better service than to deal with these incompetent folks again! More

I wasn't assigned a real advisor, it was someone named Russell who works in a whole different department and was covering for someone. I like Russell, he did nothing wrong. Everyone else in there is unprofessional and lousy.
