Only if I knew the person who needed a service person who is absolutely honest and true to all customers, would I recommend. It has taken a three thousand mile run on my 2018 KIA Optima with a CDI or GDI Engine, that checked in Saturday July 22, 2023 and after a Werner KIA Mechanic checked and determined that the engine was 5 quarts low in synthetic oil. How is that for HONESTY AND SERVICE. Further more, the driver side headlight on this same KIA fills up with water bubbles even if there is no rain or the temperature is 120 degrees outside. KIA stated to me, it has tried to contact Werner Kia to advise a check of that same lens. The car has never been in an accident nor has anyone ever worked on any part the grill in this car, THE LENS IS ANOTHER FACRORY DEFECT make no mistake about it. More

My scheduled oil change and inspection was done in a timely manner. Everyone was very courteous. My only complaint was the $4 up charge for using my debit card. Werner Kia has excellent service. They are always professional and friendly. I wish they would update the dealership though. It’s outdated and not inviting at all. I wanted to take my daughter there to get a Telluride for her 16th birthday and she didn’t want it because of the facilities. I wonder how many others have turned away from it for that reason. I am in absolute love with my car though and I definitely see myself getting another Kia when I decide to purchase another car. Customer service goes a long way for me and Kia’s is awesome! More
