The customer service is beyond exceptional and I love their waiting area for the Service Department. My reason for the meh rating is due to the 3-4 hour wait for any service or repair to be made. I feel their waiting area for the Service Department. My reason for the meh rating is due to the 3-4 hour wait for any service or repair to be made. I feel this is excessive! If someone is waiting for their repair as opposed to someone who will pick their car up after work, do the work for the people waiting on site!! Evidently they are overbooking for existing mechanics staff and they need to hire more people! Shoutout to Tim Fessler at Kia Tallahassee for going above and beyond!! More
