Jeff was amazing from start to finish. Super patient, super friendly & over all very professional & great to work with. Management was awesome, worked with me & got me to where I needed to be. Nick, was super friendly & over all very professional & great to work with. Management was awesome, worked with me & got me to where I needed to be. Nick, was horrid. Management is aware of that situation. But I left in tears because of the way I was treated by Nick in the finance department. However, Jeff was right on top of that, the manager came outside to me & made everything right. Jeff stayed & physically helped transfer all of my belongings from my old car to my new one! Even though it was later in the evening, definitely later than Jeff was supposed to stay, he still went above & beyond to help & NEVER ONCE made me feel like a bother. Neither did the manager. Over all, a positive experience! More
