I have been calling and my daughter & her husband also on this issue with continuous road blocks from whomever in service Dept answering phone. I was told by other people who had the same year and model that this issue with continuous road blocks from whomever in service Dept answering phone. I was told by other people who had the same year and model that they got there's repaired without an issue. I decided enough is enough and called Corporate ( Consumer Dept) I spoke with a Rep who told me exactly what was going on with this vehicle. Corporate sent me a letter to give to Dealership so that car could be repaired under warranty. I call Dealership back same person answered phone and I told them I had a letter stating that its under warranty and when could car be brought in for repair, I was given a date of 12/31/2021, which is two months from today. That's not doable for my daughter because she has small child riding in this car and if it malfunction because of this issue then someone in vehicle could get hurt. More
