Took to a certified mechanic, which said the dealership absolutely knew it had major mechanical issues. Werner will not claim responsibility for their giant lemon. Appointment at 11am for an oil change. Took 6 hours. They never told me I’d have to pay a diagnostic fee if I had them simply look at my vehicle to tell me what I already knew was wrong. Chris and Phil need to be evaluated on service and productivity. I see the minority groups at this location moving with a sense of urgency and appreciation, but the others, not so much.
