His patience is amazing also! My mother and I were doing the shopping. We are very research based people and like to take our time. It took several months between the research and the back and forth deciding on used or new, size, how much money we wanted to spend, etc. Keith was helpful and alway cheerful when I'd call and say, we're ready to look and maybe test drive something in this price range or size now. We had a great experience with Keith through out the process. We also worked with Issac O'Bannan towards the end of the transaction and enjoyed his professionalism as well. The 2002 Ford Focus had been serviced with Wendle since our purchase of it in 2004 and now our new Nissan Rogue will also be serviced at Wendle. The latest is a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited and we absolutely love it! Mitch has been like family with each and every purchase we have had. One thing I can't stand is a pushy sales person and hard sales. You definitely don't get that with Mitch or Wendle Motors. I almost didn't make the purchase do to a couple of calculation mistakes, but Wendle Motors went the extra mile to make sure things worked out for me and my pocket book :) I am truly happy with my new car, Mitch Tracy, Ammon Cordova and Wendle Motors.
