I live in Charlestown and almost always use the Wellesley VW....driving 25 minutes is always worth it. If you want a VW, this is the dealer to use. More

In regards to models- they tell you exactly what they have and also offer to talk to other dealers to help find it if they do not. In terms of price- they are extremely fair about trade-in values, as well as, straight forward about honoring the corporate VW discounts like APR rates (which surprisingly other VW dealers do not). They were quick, helpful, and excited for me. Overall it was the best experience I never thought I would actually find. AMAZING people. I highly recommend them. More

John Nesibtt was absolutely great to buy a car from! I had been looking into buying a VW, and Wellesley VW was independently recommended by a friend and a coworker of mine. Upon arrival, I really was not had been looking into buying a VW, and Wellesley VW was independently recommended by a friend and a coworker of mine. Upon arrival, I really was not sure what I wanted (I knew I wanted diesel, and I was pretty sure of the model), and John was very helpful with talking through all the options with me. Upon getting an idea of what I wanted, he said there was one that was quite similar to what I wanted on the lot, and offered to take me out for a test drive. Over the course of the test drive, I fell in love with the car, and knew on the spot that it was the one I wanted. John then set me up with Anthony, who helped me work out the kinks of purchasing the car, and while a little less amicable (John is quite charming), Anthony was also very nice, and extremely helpful. Needless to say, I am very happy with my purchase, and very happy with the customer service experience. I would definitely return to this dealer if I were to consider purchasing another VW, and would excitedly refer my friends to them. More
