From the beginning, Scott Marlette, Internet Sales Manager, was fantastic to work with. He not only worked diligently to find me the car that I wanted, he worked even harder when the car fell through (because of another dealer's error) to find me a better deal. My experience with Wellesley VW only got better when I went into the dealer to test drive and finalize the deal. The entire staff was fantastic at making me feel comfortable and valued. When we picked up the car, we were glad to see Aurelio again, who spent a long time with us, helping us 'oldsters' understand the audio technology, etc, of the car (including helping connect our cellphone with bluetooth). At no time during the transaction were we pressured into additional warranties, etc. Since we had previously owned a Passat which we serviced at the Wellesley VW, we were already sold on the friendliness and reliability of its service as well.
