I started thinking about replacing my aging SUV back in December so I went in and met Marc Schoenhammer about a TDI I saw on the website and to learn more, and see what they would give me for a trade-in. He was very patient and took the time to show me what they had in stock as well as to understand all of my needs, and to get me an appraisal for my truck. I didn’t buy a car that day because I hadn’t made up my mind and I wanted to look at other options. I spent the next few months passively looking at cars on all the mobile apps as well as visiting other dealers occasionally. I ended up selling my SUV independently but of all the other dealers I talked to, he got me the best offer. He stayed in touch by phone and email to check-in, or let me know if they were getting something new in stock that I might be interested in. During the whole process he was not pushy at all. Last weekend I noticed a couple of well equipped Sportwagen’s in their stock so we planned to meet during the week. I’ve always loved driving a car that I feel excited to get in and drive, but I typically hate the purchasing process.
