VW Wellesley - Best-case Sales Scenario! I have never previously purchased a car from a dealer. I had just sold my 2010 Jetta TDI to VW the day before they got the ok to sell the "fixed" 2015 I have never previously purchased a car from a dealer. I had just sold my 2010 Jetta TDI to VW the day before they got the ok to sell the "fixed" 2015 TDIs, so with our love of VW TDI's and the financial/warranty perks being offered, my husband and I decided it was worth checking out. We went to VW Quirk first and had a negative, sketchy sales experience, so going to Wellesley straight after was like a breath of fresh air! Beginning with positive (and patient) phone interactions with Tito(?), we were greeted by Marc Schoenhammer at arrival, who proceeded to walk us to check out the gorgeous red 2015 Golf TDI and then walk us through the purchasing process. Marc is an incredibly sweet and authentic, knowledgeable VW man, an obviously experienced VW owner, and the best-case scenario of a "sales man"! The kind you wouldn't mind running into out in public :) As a first-time new car owner I am so very grateful for his above-and-beyond assistance with all my questions and concerns, including taking time with the tiny details. In addition, we were both blown away by the care that VW Wellesley had given these 2015's in the couple years since they were pulled off the sales floor; they were kept in a climate-controlled warehouse and the attention to detail and care of their cars is incredibly obvious in the impeccable condition of the cars. I feel like I am in love (with a car) for the first time! More

Wellesley VW was one of the dealerships who had what I was interested in. I called and spoke with Jens Albrecht who was extremely patient with me as we discussed the pros and cons of leasing versus purchase of another 2015 vehicle. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and concisely and responded quickly when I had follow up queries. When he was faced with a family emergency and had to go out of town, Ray Hovsepian, the Sales Manager, contacted me as a follow up and was equally patient and thorough. I ultimately decided to lease the vehicle (again, a difficult deal to pass up). When I arrived at the dealership, the buy back process went smoothly and Jens had everything already done so that he only needed to explain a few things about the car and I was on my way. Efficient, customer-service oriented, no fuss or muss...the entire experience was as pleasant and painless as it could be. More

My only issue was that it took longer than I would have liked the day of pickup as the finance manager was backed up, but that is a minor point. More
