It is a great car, with digital climate control, rear parking monitor, radar for the side and front, rain sensing wipers. It has a peppy engine that runs on regular gas. And, for a small car, it is quite roomy, with a large trunk. We leased a Jetta from Wellesley Volkswagen’s Kevin Mullin in 2013. We came back in 2016 because of Kevin. He knows every aspect of VW cars, which, with new safety features, is a lot to know. He presents information that it is understandable. He is patient. He is a professional. This guy is totally a legend and it shows when you step in his office and see the awards he's won over the years. This is your man if you want to buy a car at Wellesley VW. Victoria is also a star dealing with the financing and paperwork to get the deal done. Great personality, informed and likely a future GM of some dealership down the road. On the other hand, the man that totally ruined the good vibe of this small town dealership. Anthony Velardo. If we had not come across him in the sales the dealership would be receiving 5 stars. He was abrasive, insulting and quite ignorant when it comes to customer service. These days the customer has the opportunity to choose which dealership they wish to buy from. This guy really put us off and I have been telling everyone about his ignorant attitude. Management needs keep this guy away from customers if they want sales to close smoothly. We almost left on the account of this one bad apple. Avoid him. Overall the car is great Kevin and Victoria are stars and when we buy our next VW in the line of many we will return to Wellesley if promised we do not need to deal with Anthony. More

Last week I returned to the dealership and test drove several cars, and Marc's no pressure help was again appreciated. I put a deposit down on a vehicle so that my wife could drive the car the next day. We purchased the car but upon delivery a problem arose. Marc and the entire management team remained calm, patient and respectful- stating that they wanted us to be happy and satisfied. Car buying can be stressful but they worked to make the experience as easy as possible. I am grateful for their dedicated service and willingness to work with us- not just to sell a car but to make sure we were satisfied. I'm happy to recommend this dealership. More
