I have owned 2 VW Jettas from Wellesley VW. John Nesbitt has always been the sales rep who has assisted me with the purchases. Altogether we have bought 4 cars from him. I really appreciate the straightforward, honest, no gimmick, no sales pitch approach that John has in helping me decide which car best fits my needs and budget. Any question that I had was completely, honestly and accurately answered. The service dept is among the best also, so it is nice to purchase a car at a place where one can expect continuing great service after one purchases a new car. In a few years when I am ready for a new car, I will definitely be back. I want to thank John, the rest of the sales dept. for making the buying experience quick, smooth and painless. Thanks again! This is our second VW from Wellesley Volkswagon - we bought a Jetta TDI last year and today leased a Tiguan. Scott continues to provide excellent service. Always relaxed and thorough, Scott does his best to make the customer feel heard, happy, attended to and excited about a VW lease or purchase. I especially appreciate the care and time spent going over all vehicle features. Scott is clearly an asset to the dealership and definitely management material!! We also appreciate the dealership's service department. It is always easy to make a preferred appointment. Kudos to All!! More
I had an issue with my New Beetle - it was leaking water in the back window. I brought it to Wellesley VW and it turned out to be EXTREMELY difficult to diagnose - took several months to fix. The leak did in the back window. I brought it to Wellesley VW and it turned out to be EXTREMELY difficult to diagnose - took several months to fix. The leak didn't have a real pattern to it. Sometimes it would rain a lot & no leak, and other times just a little bit of rain would set it off. I was getting extremely frustrated with the CAR, but Ian & the service team at Wellesley VW kept taking it back to try again. They even got an expert from VW to check it out & he had never seen anything like it. FINALLY, they determined that my poor car had a defective sunroof and replaced the entire sunroof mechanism. It has been almost a year since this was fixed and it's working GREAT! I applaud Ian for NEVER giving up and taking ownership of the problem. Not once did he turn me away or make me feel like I was being a demanding customer. He was always there, ready to try again and even apologized for not having fixed it as they thought. Hopefully my car won't give me another mystery like this one, but if it does at least I can count on a great service department as well as excellent customer service. Great job! More
I have bought a great many cars over the years, and will only work with a salesman and a dealership that I trust and feel positively about. this is my first Volkswagen (Jetta). So far I love the car. Aurelio was such a pleasure to work with: a great personality, friendly but laid back, genuine and easy to relate to. He was knowledgeable about the cars (and their competitors) and explained everything very clearly. I never felt pressured or manipulated, including about the price and the options or add-on warranties, yet I could always count on him to be hard-working and available. In the past I've sometimes had the experience that a salesman is easy to work with, but then when the sale appears to be complete the business manager will become very aggressive, high pressure, and try to change the terms I had been tentatively negotiating with the salesman. My experience at this dealership was very reassuring in that regard -- we negotiated a final price in keeping with what Aurelio and I had been discussing, it was all handled very professionally and courteously, not the tiniest hint of bait and switch. I have honestly never had a more positive experience purchasing a car. More

I had issues that needed to be resolved regarding my new car, starting with the airbag light being on. After discovering that it was covered under a recall, Ian quoted me on a 3 hour repair time. I also brought up a few wear-and-tear problems and little bugs that came up over a 500 mile trip. He went above and beyond to take care of everything at no charge to me, and was done an hour early! I had to stop flirting with a cute barista at the Starbucks across the street to pick up my baby. All in all, a great experience. More
