It's clear that Jens and everyone else at Wellesley VW who we interacted with truly cares about their work. When we picked up our new Sportwagen (and after Jens filled the tank with gas) he sat in the car for most of an hour going over all of its features and setting up the tech for us. He paired our phones, he showed us how to navigate the whole menu driven dash system, and even gave us some tips on using the tiptronic shifting for icy roads.
