They had taken care of my family’s cars 1 Cabriolet,2 Mazdas (when you were a dealer), 1 Golf, and 3 Jettas which had all available 4 around 1978. Three years ago I opted to try a Hyundai and although the car was OK, I could not find a Service department that came even close to the level of responsiveness and expertise of Wellesley VW. That’s one of the main reasons I bought my new VW Tiguan from your dealership this June. It’s good to be back. My wife traded her Jetta 3 ½ years ago for an Forester. Even though she likes her car almost as much as the Jetta wagon she traded, Subaru service departments are nothing like yours. The quality difference is hard to miss. More
