I was in desperate need of a new vehicle and had little time to shop around when I decided to browse at VW Wellesley, my first stop in search for the perfect fit. The Sales Rep. I connected with was Andreas Becker who listened to my needs for a car that was large enough to accommodate various equipment, yet compact and fuel efficient for local and highway travel. Andreas discussed various options with me, explained technical details related to each model and gave me the option to test drive a car when I was ready to do so. I felt no sales pressure what so ever and felt that Andreas was genuinely interested in offering me the best choices at a price I could afford. While I was not ready to make a decision that day, I decided to test drive two cars, something I typically don't do when all I want is to browse. I met with Andreas again the next day, got my questions answered and bought a Jetta Sportwagen. Looking back over the years and the many cars I have purchased, I am happy to say that I never felt more comfortable making such a big purchase as I did this time around. I felt that Andreas gave me honest and sound advise in a way that made sense. He made himself accessible per phone and welcomed my dropping in to take a second or third look. Andreas also took on all the paper work and leg work for a smooth car change over. This experience made a world of difference to me as compared with those of past years. I wish every dealers service dept. was as good as this one.. I have tried other vw dealers in the area and this one blows them away. My '03 Jetta needed a computer module a few weeks back and Ian (my service rep) found me a used one and installed if for less than half the cost of a new one. I went in unsure if I was going to buy or not and just wanted to search around. Normally in past experience with other dealerships, once I go in once I get hounded with calls and e-mails after I've stopped in, but Andreas never bothered me once, and after making a number of trips out to the dealership he was always extremely helpful and never pushy at all. It was a much more laid back purchasing experience than I was used to, and when I finally decided to purchase the car I wanted, they were able to get me driving away in the new car the very next day (and they didn't even have it on the lot, they had to drive to another dealership to pick the car up). I had a great purchasing experience with Andreas and the rest of the team at Wellesley VW and look forward to working with them all again in future purchases. More

Finally my dashboard noise is cured. Both Ian and Chris were fantastic, I was provided with a free loaner car and more importantly my noise is gone.
