I worked with both John Nesbitt and Marc Schoenhammer during the sales process, and both of them were very knowledgeable, personable, and down-to-earth in their approach. No games, no pressure. Anytime I had a question or concern (whether pre-sale or post-sale), they provided a straightforward, pragmatic answer. The final negotiations were quick and painless because their opening offer was very reasonable. Finally, at delivery, Marc gave me a thorough walkthrough of the entire vehicle and the infotainment system, and made sure that I was completely comfortable with my new car before I drove away. 2014 VW Jetta My wife was looking for a new car last month. She is very particular so we were very excited when we found the car she was looking for in stock at Wel My wife was looking for a new car last month. She is very particular so we were very excited when we found the car she was looking for in stock at Wellesley VW (2014 Jetta Autobahn). We made an appointment with a salesman (Andreas) to see it. Well, that week there was a major hail storm and all the cars on their lot were affected. When we showed up for the appointmnet, we couldn't drive the car because the hail damage was actively being repaired. We came to an agreement with the understanding that I needed to inspect the car first (I am a Master Audi Tech). After the hail damage was repaired (which is non-detectable) Andreas personally brought the car to my work. I did my inspection and pointed out a couple problem areas which we agreed would be promptly repaired. Two days later my wife picked up the car and we have been happy ever since. She loves the car and is very happy with it. The process wasn't as smooth as I had hoped, but in the end Wellesley VW stepped up to the plate and delivered. More
