Jens Albrecht greeted us at the door and made the whole buying process incredibly easy. He answered all of our questions, was easy to speak with, straightforward, and friendly the entire time. He was the antithesis of a sleazy salesman. I also really appreciated that he gave my husband and I the time and space to make our decision. Once we had bought the car, he and the team at Wellesley made sure that everything was taken care of quickly (the finances, registration etc) and we could pick the car up later that week. On the day I picked up the car, Jens took the time to go over all of the features with me and explained them in a very comprehensive manner. I went in looking at Tiguans to purchase and ended up leasing a 2016 Tiguan that fit my family's needs perfectly. Kevin Mullin was my Sales associate and I could not have asked for a better shopping experience. He took the time to listen to what I was searching for, showed me options that were within my budget and was patient throughout the whole purchasing process, answering any and all questions i had for him. Also much appreciated was the transparency in how we came to the final pricing for the lease. At no point did I feel like i was being forced into something that I did not want. Even Anthony, who finalized the paperwork process, was completely up front and patient with showing me protection options for the Tiguan i ended up selecting. I am extremely pleased that i decided to walk into Wellesley VW and i would totally recommend anyone looking for great new or used VW's to check them out. More

It was a wonderful, no pressure experience. Jens was very down to earth and highly knowledgeable about the different cars in which we were interested. I was debating between the Jetta and the Golf and after talking through the pros and cons of both, Jens suggested the Golf. He was completely right, it is the perfect car for our needs. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a better salesperson. He made me feel at ease and that he would respect whatever decision we made. Jens was also really good at work with us as a couple. At other dealerships, the salespeople would only talk to my husband, our only talk to me, or just talk car features with me and price with my husband….but with Jens, the three of us were just all having a normal conversation. I really appreciated that. We also got an amazing deal on the car!! More

It was our first car purchase in 4-5 years and our salesman, Jens Albrecht, was great! He was really patient and took the time we needed to discuss what we were looking for, the different options available based on model and year, and the pros and cons of leasing vs. financing, considering how long it had been since we last bought a car. Everyone that we worked with at the dealership in addition to Jens (Andreas, the Finance Manager - Tony was his name I think?, and the woman in the Service Dept. that handled processing our deposit) were awesome - so helpful and friendly! We had been to another VW dealership in the greater Boston area a couple times over the past few years and walked away both previous times because of the pushy sales tactics and sketchy finance approach, so we were pretty leery when we first arrived at Wellesley VW, but we were quickly impressed by the completely different atmosphere and approach of everyone in the dealership. I highly recommend Wellesley VW and look forward to working with them again when it's time to buy our next VW! More

This dealership works hard for you I have had the good fortune of owning and driving some great luxury German cars over the years -- but I just took delivery of my 2nd GTI and I have to I have had the good fortune of owning and driving some great luxury German cars over the years -- but I just took delivery of my 2nd GTI and I have to say that even though the sticker price is less than half of what I was used to paying, this car and this dealership have delivered an automotive experience way beyond my expectations. I want to particularly salute salesman Andreas Becker and Service Mgr. Ian Bray for making my VW experience such a delight. These guys don't fool around; they know their product and they want you to enjoy it to the max. Their pricing is competitive with anyone and their service cannot be beat.
