This dealership and their service department is a joke! Do yourself a favor and stay away. Brought car at 9:00am for "check engine"light diagnosis. Didnt hear anything from them til I called them at 3pm. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Brought car at 9:00am for "check engine"light diagnosis. Didnt hear anything from them til I called them at 3pm. The just got to my car and told me I'd have to pay them $100 to download software to DIAGNOSE the problem. At 4:15 they still hadn't complete the ridiculous software download I HAD TO PAY FOR! Their mechanics are due to leave at 4:30 in any case. I will never buy another another Volvo and I WILL NEVER go back to these clowns for service!!! \ More
