HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Took my car in for a service and it came back with bent trim they refused to fix!! How does the cars chrome trim just unglue itself and bend directly Took my car in for a service and it came back with bent trim they refused to fix!! How does the cars chrome trim just unglue itself and bend directly vertical while driving and me not notice? The service department is a joke and I clearly inconvenienced them. Will never go back here again. Volvo should be ashamed to allow them to be apart of their company. Also, the oil change was $105!!! More

The service advisor's name was Cindy, not Jessica.), who is a customer service support manager took us in and worked to diagnose the issues happening and to resolve the issue. We do have a concern still of "what if it comes back", but overall we are happy with how quickly Jessica and the Weaver Brothers Volvo responded to the issue and took us in as soon as we were able to bring in the car. Bad Bad Result and Taste from the first experience I was finishing up submitting in the survey and I got a message saying “stopped by the supervisor”, along with the error code “A Problem Has Occurred I was finishing up submitting in the survey and I got a message saying “stopped by the supervisor”, along with the error code “A Problem Has Occurred Message Number = 9101”, then my survey was prevented from being submitted. I already have a bad taste about the dealer, but now it’s extending to Volvo company itself as I believe this survey that I was filling out was sent from the Volvo company, not the dealership. Below are the comments I was submitting in the survey (glad I saved them in my notes). The service advisor assigned named Jessica was pleasant. However, almost every components of the vehicle computer/electronics/electrical have been acting up weird and not functioning correctly soon after I’ve got the routine 60,000 miles maintenance done from your dealer, and I couldn’t bring in the car any sooner because of the hurricane in the area, shop closed for non-business hours, and my work schedule. It is very very frustrating and giving me a bad taste about Weaver Brothers Volvo Service Department. “Everything is fine” was the explanation for the work done. And clearly it is not considering how my Volvo is not functioning properly after the work done by your service department. Again, the condition, the important components, ie. Computer, Electronics, Electrical, are failing to work properly. I’m walking off with a bad taste in my mouth about the Weaver Brothers Volvo Dealership. More

Had to take car to another dealership to have repair that should have been done by Weaver Bros. and most of their work re-done. Another $800.00 Weaver Bros. did not stand behind their work or the volvo warranty, repair it once and never pay for it again! Lifetime warranty is not worth paper it's written on. Warranty repairs are left to individual dealership and no other volvo dealership will warrant another dealerships work. Consumer beware this company is a rip off. More
Purchased a Volvo from Weaver Brothers After doing lots of research and visiting other sales departments we selected the Volvo 2015.5 S60. The other dealers we visited and cars we considered were: Audi, BMW (my previous car), Lexus and Mercedes. Our sales person at Weaver Volvo, Fred, was knowledgeable and professional with no pressure on us to buy. We selected the new Volvo because of its safety features, it uses regular gas (the other luxury cars don't) and because of its peppy drive and lovely interior. That along with all of its high tech features and excellent warranty made it the car we purchased. While we were quite impressed with the Audi too, in the end, economics and safety won out. After purchasing, Fred spent the time needed to brief us on our features and get the car linked into the Volvo app to make the transition easy for me. I traded in a 2003 BMW 325XI so my car technology comfort was low. That changed with Fred's help. Looking forward to driving my new Volvo for many years. More

The salesman was very generous with the test drive, allowing me much more than a quick circle around the block (as is typical of many car stores). The car itself was top quality. We struck a very satisfactory deal, and the title & licensing details were handled perfectly. These are great people to deal with. They've been in business at least 50 years and enjoy a well-deserved reputation for honesty and integrity. I recommend the store without reservation. More
I had a terrible and horrifying incident with my car and quickly called to try to get my car in for service. These jokers laughed and made jokes. It was an hour after this happened, and when I tell you it w quickly called to try to get my car in for service. These jokers laughed and made jokes. It was an hour after this happened, and when I tell you it was a bad incident, it was BAD and extremely TERRIFYING. I drive Volvos to feel safe and did not feel that way. Their jokes added fuel to the fire and I would NEVER give them my business because of this. They sounded like inconsiderate uneducated dummies. Customer service? NONE. Insensitive? VERY. More
