I had previously worked with Kevin 2 years ago to lease a car and I experienced the same great service this time as well. Kevin promptly answered questions, provided honest and transparent information, and handily coordinated the rest of the Weatherford team's actions in the process when needed. I had done extensive research prior to the purchase and came to the transaction with informed expectations regarding the features and price. Kevin was easy to work with and I was very satisfied with the purchase deal we arranged. He has also continued to provide quality post-purchase service for follow-up questions. Strongly recommend. Great experience to getting a great car! Fantastic experience! It was quite a journey, from when I first stepped foot in the dealership to me walking away with a brand new car quite literally Fantastic experience! It was quite a journey, from when I first stepped foot in the dealership to me walking away with a brand new car quite literally 8 months later, I couldn't be happier! Throughout the process, Hermine and the other employees were patient and never rushed me. Very professional service, no one was too pushy and in fact I often asked willingly for advice, and each person I spoke to gave me good advice. Even during the agonizing process of making an order and waiting for the car to arrive on a ship, I was provided with tracking numbers and updates from Hermine and others. Overall excellent service, would recommend to anyone! More

I hate buying a new used car but this was the best experience I’ve had so far.He was knowledgeable, Raoul was a pleasure and a delight to deal with. I hate buying a new used car but this was the best experience I’ve had so far.He was knowledgeable, he gave my husband and I space to talk to each other, and he worked with us. I also have to complement Eleni who helped us with the finance documents and Bobby who helped us with the features of the car. Definitely a shout out to Raoul. Hate the hard/pressured sale tactics, I’ve.experienced elsewhere. I’ve walked out of a bunch of dealerships . All in all Weatherford was great. More
Total lack of communications Arranged to purchase a car and set an appointment to pick it up. Drove an hour to get there, only to find out the car had been sold the day before. Em Arranged to purchase a car and set an appointment to pick it up. Drove an hour to get there, only to find out the car had been sold the day before. Emails ignored, calls not returned, complete disregard for customer's time. Wasted two hours of my time driving, not to mention time emailing and calling. Completely unprofessional. Don't waste your time with Weatherford. Many other, better choices available in the Bay Area, and you won't have to fight your way through 880 traffic to get there. More
Kevin was absolutely fantastic to work with, from initial contact to signing. We purchased 2 vehicles in the same day from him. The dealership closed at 8pm yet Kevin stayed with us well past 10pm just to en contact to signing. We purchased 2 vehicles in the same day from him. The dealership closed at 8pm yet Kevin stayed with us well past 10pm just to ensure until finance took care of us. He kept to his every promise and the deal metrics were exactly as agreed to. His professionalism, courtesy and knowledge are unmatched. He's not what you would think of as your typical car salesman - he's sincere and a straight shooter. For context, these were my 4th and 5th car purchases in 3 years, so I have decent comparable. Thanks again Kevin, looking forward to future purchases. Alex More
Sales team misled us on vehicle eligibility for Red Sticker. Being loyal BMW owners for some time (X3 owners), my wife and I bought a used i3 from Weatherford and had a relatively good experience with the car at Being loyal BMW owners for some time (X3 owners), my wife and I bought a used i3 from Weatherford and had a relatively good experience with the car at first. The only problem was my wife used the electric car for her commute to the Peninsula and, when the Toll Decal rules changed, we realized we would need to trade it in for an i3 that had a Red Sticker or find an alternative brand. Derek, the salesperson we dealt with (but I highly recommend that you do not), took on our request to find a used i3 that would qualify for a Red Sticker and cost us about the same per-month payment as we were already paying. The process took some time and after several weeks, we made no further efforts to pursue it, thinking there was nothing available in inventory and that we would have to look at other options with alternate brands. Derek eventually found a vehicle that was higher in price than our current vehicle, and by then we were shopping elsewhere, so we were not really comfortable going with a higher monthly payment, so we declined. But he was persistent and called us regularly trying to sell us this car, claiming it was Red Sticker qualified and continually working on pricing to get it down incrementally each time. Finally, he had the price pretty close to what we needed and, on a final call to me, said he had personally gotten on the phone with DMV and confirmed the car would qualify for a Red Sticker. He said that there was another interested party and he had sat with this person and made the confirmation with him. So, understanding the car would qualify for the new sticker - and this being voiced as a condition of our purchase to Derek - we decided to move forward and we bought the car. Long story short - we bought the car, submitted our Red Sticker application, and several weeks later, the DMV rejected our application and said the car was previously issued a sticker and thus did not qualify - something we believe Derek could have verified if he actually had spoken to DMV. We of course went immediately to the dealership to confront Derek and Weatherford Management and were handed off to a nice gentleman up the chain who seemed to understand our conundrum and said he would look into it and make things right. During this meeting Derek was called over and challenged about the situation whereupon he actually confirmed in front of all of us he made the DMV call and then stated, "Geez, I'll never do that again." After repeated requests to the management at Weatherford to make this right - take the car back, find us an alternative with a Red Sticker qualification at a similar price, etc. - we were ultimately rebuffed. The only effort Weatherford made was to offer us an expensive lease on a new i3, with no breaks, and no compensation built in for the time we spent on this disaster or refund for the additional money we had been forced to spend (and continue to do so) for non-carpool compliant vehicle. The car itself has had numerous problems, including a battery failure that stranded us twice and made it so we could not charge the vehicle on multiple occasions. This resulted in BMW taking the car into service for over a month. Though we were at first provided a rental car, and then later required to turn this in for a loaner, we have since had continuous issues with Bay Area Fastrak, citing us for multiple toll evasions on BMWs that were never in our possession. Somehow they have tied our names to other loaners and we continue to get notices that require us to spend hours disputing with DMV. More
