Didn't feel honesty in their service I took my X1 in today because the service light was on even though I just had my service done less than a year ago. The service advisor scanned my I took my X1 in today because the service light was on even though I just had my service done less than a year ago. The service advisor scanned my car and discovered that the brake fluid caused the service light on. However, he also recommended two additional service items which would cost additional $600 on top of replacing brake fluid. One of the items was "coolant flush". Strangely enough, the item showed on paper was written as "Customer requests coolant flush". I questioned that. He said the computer automatically added "Customer requests". Later, I searched on line. Some people on line said BMW coolant is "lifetime filled". When I asked the advisor, he said only the models later than 2018 had lifetime coolant and the older models needed to flush every two years. I felt that was NOT very convincing. I asked if he could find out from their system when this was done last time. He said he would not be able to see previous owner's service record. That really sounded strange because when I purchased this car, I saw all previous service records on internet. Everything should have been recorded in the system. Later on. he realized himself that the paper he was holding in his hand showed all previous service records. Coolant flush was not in the record. In any case, I felt the words just casually jumped out of this advisor's mouth without much accountability. At the end, this item only cost me additional $300 and I am still not convinced that was necessary. The cashier lady was rude also. She gave me the payment sheet to sign but did not want me to see the detailed invoice. I felt I entitle to know the details of what I was paying for, so I asked the second time to see the invoice. She was NOT very happy. More

He was friendly, good humored, knowledgable, and professional throughout the entire process from beginning to end and I could not be happier with my experience. He even followed up with me a week later to see how I was liking my car and made sure I was set up with the BMW Connected App on my phone because he noticed it got disconnected somehow. Hands down one of the best, if not THE best customer service and sales experiences I've ever had anywhere and I will exclusively go to Weatherford BMW for all my car needs just to work with Kevin. First time lessee here! Prior to coming to Weatherford I had done quite a bit of research on leasing a BMW. I emailed Kevin Thomas and got a response right away. I told him what my budget was and Kevin made had done quite a bit of research on leasing a BMW. I emailed Kevin Thomas and got a response right away. I told him what my budget was and Kevin made the entire process extremely easy for me and was upfront about all of the numbers, fees, taxes, etc. involved. What he presented to me lined up fairly close to the research I had done. I came in the same day, and was out of the dealership in a few hours. It would have been quicker but there was a hiccup I had to clear up with my insurance (my problem, not theirs). Everyone at the dealership was extremely courteous and friendly. To anyone considering leasing a car go straight to Kevin Thomas (kevin.thomas@weatherfordbmw.com), tell him the exact make and model, and come prepared. You can clear up all of the numbers and negotiations via email to save yourself and Kevin some time. Really great experience overall and I will definitely be coming back next time around. Cheers! We contacted Weatherford to inquire about a specific car we saw on CarGurus. We have been searching a 500 mile radius for almost a year. Luckily, Stan Caldwell, internet Manager answered my call. During the 2 weeks following Stan answered every question almost instantly, sent info and pics and above all, was honest. We live 450 miles from dealership so honesty on his end was everything. We agreed on a date, booked a flight and had a 5 star experience. Stan made the purchase pleasant, car was perfect, as he said it was and transaction was smooth and easy. Stan then turned us over to his assistant, jivanKemper, who continued the 5 star experience. jivanhad full knowledge of car and options and walked us through everything and answered all our questions.
