The new purchase process is super easy, fast and painless. No need to go and sit for hours at the dealership to finalize a deal. Weatherford contacted me to tell me my car needed service. They said the service was completely covered. When I arrived they said the service would be over $1,300. I drove 1.5 hours in traffic to service. They said the service was completely covered. When I arrived they said the service would be over $1,300. I drove 1.5 hours in traffic to get to Weatherford. Angelina first said she couldn't do anything to help and said the employee I spoke to on the phone wasn't authorized to tell me the service was covered. She then reviewed the phone conversation that was recorded and verified I had been told the service was covered. She offered to cover $300 of the service after meeting with her supervisor. I asked to speak with her supervisor, Robert Mackie, because I didn't think the offer was sufficient. This was partially because according to their records, my service would have been covered a year ago, during the height of the pandemic, but since I didn't bring the car in during the pandemic, too much time had elapsed and now I would have to pay for it. When I spoke with Robert he didn't apologize, he blamed the employee that made the phone call and said he couldn't do anything else. He said that they were open during the pandemic so it was my fault for waiting. He was rude. I spoke with his manager, Tim Renner, the following day. Tim apologized but only offered to give me %15 off of the remaining service. I declined. More
