Experience was great. I custom ordered a vehicle, I received the production number and VIN within a week. The car took roughly 8 weeks to finish and ship to dealer. Although the wait was long, Sue (my received the production number and VIN within a week. The car took roughly 8 weeks to finish and ship to dealer. Although the wait was long, Sue (my sales advisor) kept me informed and answered every question I had. The only issue I had was how dirty the vehicles interior was. There was dirt marks, oil, dust and fingerprints everywhere. It honestly looked like the car wasn’t wiped down after receiving it from the factory. I asked if they could clean it. After receiving it back within 5 minutes, the only spot cleaned were exactly what I pointed out and nothing more. More
