Everyone is very welcoming attentive Very considerate to me. My whole experience has been great.This is my third time there. I first went a couple of months ago for myself. I dealt with Derek. And since I had such a great experience, I brought my roommate Daniela. And she too had a great experience. Then I went back again to see if I can get a call for my sister still working on that. But, of course, while I was waiting, Derek The smooth salesman that he is talked me into upgrading my vehicle and getting a new track with les miles. I think if he wasn't as skillful as he was, I would not walk out there.With yet a new car. All I can say is keep up.The good work and I hope you have more happy customers like myself. Do you want the customer service line to be answered? ? do you actually want people who know what they’re doing?? (unlike Al Packer Ford) then use Wayne Akers. I called Al packer 5 times and got hung up o ? do you actually want people who know what they’re doing?? (unlike Al Packer Ford) then use Wayne Akers. I called Al packer 5 times and got hung up on, left on hold, and transferred a million times. I said screw it and drove to Al packer, they were absolutely useless. Decided to give Wayne Akers Ford a call, within 5 minutes I had an appointment for my F250 recall, a day later they sent a Technician to my home and did the recall. Absolutely love this dealership. More
