We purchased a vehicle December 2023. The vehicle was totaled on April 24. I have been trying to get the service contracts canceled so that the GAP insurance can payout. It took several calls and emails to finally get in touch with Gabriel Lechon. He said that he would get the contracts canceled. I followed up with him about a week later and he said he was going to check with his manager on the status of the cancelations. Emailed him again thus week and he tells.me that he doesn't have access to the information regarding the contracts. Both GAP and the lienholder have told me that this is handled directly by the dealership. I was planning on coming back here to.purchase another vehicle but cannot due to the lack of resolution. Hello on Tuesday May 28th I dropped my truck off in the morning at 9:15 am. This was the first time I’ve been there. I pulled up and got out of my truck and stood there for 5-8 min. Only 1 black mustang pu morning at 9:15 am. This was the first time I’ve been there. I pulled up and got out of my truck and stood there for 5-8 min. Only 1 black mustang pulled up at that time No one came up to me. I asked a younger gentleman maybe a porter what I should do that I was dropping my car off for service he said someone will be with you, a man came over with a tablet and I told him that I was here for service leaving my car he asked if I had an appointment I said no so he directed me to an office across the lanes. Giovanni is who finally helped me and he was very pleasant to talk with. He put all my information in the computer and then came out and scanned the truck. He told me that he would call me when it was ready. They might have to order the part and I said I’m leaving the truck to wait for the part. I was called Later in the day to pick it up, but at this time, I was on my way to Fort Lauderdale airport go to Ecuador and I wouldn’t be back until Friday night and would pick up the car on Saturday if that was ok There is a death in the family. Giovanni said he didn’t work on Saturday, but he would have the car ready and give the paperwork to a person who is working. He also offered condolences which was very nice of him. I was dropped off in the morning around 1130. There was one truck in the service bay That a white ball gentleman was scanning The truck told him I was here to pick up my truck and he said he couldn’t help me that the tall man on the other side of the truck with the red shirt on could help me that was his boss. So I told the older gentleman and the red shirt and glasses that I was here to pick up my truck. I left it on Tuesday he seemed preoccupied Almost as if it was a bother to go look for my truck. I waited in the service lanes and he went inside. The main building came out and said he couldn’t find my paperwork. He didn’t know where my truck was located so I told him I dropped it with Giovanni on Tuesday. It was ready on Tuesday afternoon. I was out of the country till Saturday And I told him I was there to pick up my F250 red platinum trimmer so he said he would look in Giovanni’s office. He came out with the paperwork and said he would go get the truck when he pulled around to the service. He was friendly, but I was really turned off about how he seemed earlier that it was almost a hassle that I was there to pick my truck up after service. I have bought a lot of different types of cars throughout the years and have taken them in for service and I haven’t felt like I didn’t know who to talk to before usually people come up to you when you pull in and are very friendly. This dealership is closest to my house. Thank you for your time. More

I have a RV rental business and your dealership refuses to work on my vehicles, so bringing them there and having you tell me there’s a problem but you won’t put it on the left and fix it makes me wonder w to work on my vehicles, so bringing them there and having you tell me there’s a problem but you won’t put it on the left and fix it makes me wonder why I invested $2 million in this business I can’t get Ford to do the maintenance and repair on all of my Ford vehicles More
After the below happened. .. they hid a rip in a seat underneath the window sticker that was stragicly placed thinking I would not notice. After asking for assistance with photo of the rip, no further communication from the dealership was had. The rest is what happen BEFORE taking purchase of the vehicle. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER IF YOU HAVE AT-RISK PARENT WITH A DISEASE OR A PARENT WITH SPECIAL NEEDS!!! The deal was done....other than the Fiancing... We explained to the sales person (SHULTZ AND JESSICA) and the finance person (PHIL) that we had a elderly person at home with alzehimers and the home health nurse was leaving at X time; hence we have to leave so the memory-challenged person isn't left home alone. What does this dealership and personnel (SHULTZ, PHIL AND JESSICA) do....they don't care - they drag out the process to the time we have to leave....when it's time to seal the deal - they try to take advantage of us by wanting us to quickly signing a contract with over 8% (with our credit being over 800).... This dealer (PHIL, JESSICA and SHULTZ) was trying to take advantage of the situation....YOU MUST SIGN UNDER DURESS...COERCED....then they took the trade-in vehicle registration and as of this writing has FAILED to return it - not even acknowledging they will return it and when? In Florida ITS A CRIME NOT PRESENTING THIS TO A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER! So, they are placing my family in a UNLAWFUL situation!!! Within 12 hours....I reached out to close the deal (again) - and the response is they "are no longer willing to do the deal". What?!? Is this how you treat everyone that has at-risk elderly person at home? Someone who relies on others for care?!? These people have NO INTERGRITY! BTW, the information e.g. the at-risk elderly person was conveyed in different communication (ex. Text messages, email and/or in-person) to SHULTZ and PHIL. More
