I am not happy at all with the service I had at your dealership the day I called to make the appointment I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone luckily I remembered the service advisors number it wa dealership the day I called to make the appointment I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone luckily I remembered the service advisors number it was able to text him. When I came back to pick up my vehicle after service I went into the tire service counter and there was a girl at the desk sound of sleep so I asked another girl at the counter for my service advisor she called him on the phone but couldn't find him so she left for a few minutes to go look for him then she came back and took me directly to the cashier I asked the cashier did they take care of the two recalls that they were supposed to look at and she couldn't tell me so she had to find another service advisor who said the receipts look like they took care of the recalls but couldn't tell me if anything was done to the vehicle so after paying I found the girl that brought me to the cashier and she show me where my vehicle is parked inspecting my vehicle I see one of the valve stems that was replaced did not match the other three valve stem on my wheels so I went and found a gentleman who said he was the director and he went and found some different caps and changed it out so the valve stems all matched then I asked him do you know if they looked at the two recalls that they were supposed to take care of I showed him a piece of trim on the front of the vehicle that is sticking up that they were supposed to look at but he couldn't tell me if the work was done or not he said he would have to go find somebody but I didn't have the time I had to leave by then so he told me he would have my service advisor call me so I waited till the Wednesday of the next week and I never received a call so I texted the service advisor asking him to call me the service advisor called me later that day and I asked about the pieces of the trim that they were supposed to look at but he did not have an answer for me and said that he would call me back and that was 2 days ago so I'm still waiting and I have a feeling that I'm going to have to waste my time going back to the dealership to take my vehicle back when it should have been taken care of on the day I brought it in. I spent over $1,300 on new tires and alignment and have bought many vehicles from this dealership over the years but this is the worst experience I have ever had here and I don't feel I will ever return. More
Keana was great, but the techs were seemingly confused and unclear with what they could and could not do to my car. I was told an alignment wasn’t possible and then they did it after I went elsewhere and and unclear with what they could and could not do to my car. I was told an alignment wasn’t possible and then they did it after I went elsewhere and was told they couldn’t do it because of a bad tie rod and the techs said the tie rod was fine and somehow was able to do the alignment although prior to that I was told it wasn’t possible. The tech also left out that there was damage to the tie rod in the notes and it wasn’t recommended but when I returned they then said there was no damage. Very confusing, still not sure if it is damaged or not. More
Buying this ford truck from Wayne akers has been nothing short of a disaster- after owning the truck for a few weeks I had to bring it back for almost a month- that is a month of payments, a month of paying short of a disaster- after owning the truck for a few weeks I had to bring it back for almost a month- that is a month of payments, a month of paying for gas, a month of other memberships I wasn’t able to use, and a month lost of Sirius XM. Plus a chip/scratch appeared on my hood from a truck I just got, regardless if from service or sales- it should be taken care of. I believe I will be switching to Chevy EV asap. DISASTER! More
