I paid $255 to diagnose an issue with my rear window not moving up. I was told that it was the regulator, that it would be roughly $949, and that it would take at least a day to get the part. I said that I could not pay that much that day and that I would drive my truck home. I had looked into the issue in the waiting room and saw that other people asked their dealerships to put the window up and lock it while the part came in. I asked if my window could be put up and locked at Wayne Akers Ford at 2000 10th Ave N in Lake Worth FL and I was told no. I went back to my place of work and put the window up myself in a few minutes. While I understand labor costs, not doing the very least possible, put up a window, to retain a customer is baffling. I would have come back and paid the $950 to fix my window. Instead I looked at smaller shops and will have it done Tuesday for $418. I am still at a loss because a Ford dealership will take advantage of a Ford owner for diagnosing an issue. More

I am a long time customer of Wayne Akers Ford. I have never had any issues, until a recent visit to their body shop. The issue was resolved, but I was skeptical of returning. Then, in April of this year, my truck was involved in a hit and run that left me without a truck. I was out the other day and stopped by wayne akers and ran into my salesman, JP, and explained my situation, and he showed me a 2024 Bronco Sport. I was impressed with the vehicle, but had no money down. They were able to get me a deal with Ford taking my car kn trade, plus the incentives and get me out the door in 2 hours. I never closed a deal Tha quickly, and it was a good deal. Thank you JP and Gabriel for the awesome service. More

Steve was the service man that helped me, he was very polite and professional!! However I received a phone call telling me that they didn't have the part ( it was a recall). I am not happy at all with the service I had at your dealership the day I called to make the appointment I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone luckily I remembered the service advisors number it wa dealership the day I called to make the appointment I couldn't get anybody to answer the phone luckily I remembered the service advisors number it was able to text him. When I came back to pick up my vehicle after service I went into the tire service counter and there was a girl at the desk sound of sleep so I asked another girl at the counter for my service advisor she called him on the phone but couldn't find him so she left for a few minutes to go look for him then she came back and took me directly to the cashier I asked the cashier did they take care of the two recalls that they were supposed to look at and she couldn't tell me so she had to find another service advisor who said the receipts look like they took care of the recalls but couldn't tell me if anything was done to the vehicle so after paying I found the girl that brought me to the cashier and she show me where my vehicle is parked inspecting my vehicle I see one of the valve stems that was replaced did not match the other three valve stem on my wheels so I went and found a gentleman who said he was the director and he went and found some different caps and changed it out so the valve stems all matched then I asked him do you know if they looked at the two recalls that they were supposed to take care of I showed him a piece of trim on the front of the vehicle that is sticking up that they were supposed to look at but he couldn't tell me if the work was done or not he said he would have to go find somebody but I didn't have the time I had to leave by then so he told me he would have my service advisor call me so I waited till the Wednesday of the next week and I never received a call so I texted the service advisor asking him to call me the service advisor called me later that day and I asked about the pieces of the trim that they were supposed to look at but he did not have an answer for me and said that he would call me back and that was 2 days ago so I'm still waiting and I have a feeling that I'm going to have to waste my time going back to the dealership to take my vehicle back when it should have been taken care of on the day I brought it in. I spent over $1,300 on new tires and alignment and have bought many vehicles from this dealership over the years but this is the worst experience I have ever had here and I don't feel I will ever return. More
