I dropped my car off at 8;30 for the works and check on my AC since it wasn’t getting cold again, same issue they fixed in August. After 4 o’clock I still hadn’t heard anything so I called several times an my AC since it wasn’t getting cold again, same issue they fixed in August. After 4 o’clock I still hadn’t heard anything so I called several times and left several messages but no one called me back. Then after five I took a Uber there since the service department closes at six. I was told my Service advisor left early that day but no one had the decency to call me back they were just going to keep my car overnight without telling me. Another guy told me that my 100,000 mile Extended warranty would not cover the AC repair this time because somehow it was my fault and it would cost over $2,000. It just felt like a scam to me so I won’t be going back to this dealership. Plus I was charged over $200 just for the AC diagnostic but they didn’t charge me back in August. I think they did a bad job back in August, there should be some type of warranty on the work they did in August. I will go someplace else for a second opinion on the AC repair. I most likely will be buying a new car but it won’t be a Ford. I bought four cars from this dealership and have been going there over 20 years but this car has been a lemon since I bought it and I can’t wait to get rid of it. More
