Khristan is very nice, friendly, and professional, he did not push me to get things I did not need. The dealership is very clean, the waiting area is also very clean, and the bathrooms are spotless. In the waiting area there is a TV to watch comfortable seating, charging station, coffee and water. The wait ended up being quicker than expected. From start to finish each member of wayne Akers team excelled at their job. I can't say the same on 3 other ford dealers near our home in Hollywood Florida and this is the reason why we drove 45 minute excelled at their job.
