During my experience Theresa was assigned to help me and she was wonderful. Everything got repaired on my car and I am very satisfied. She took the time to stay in contact with me throughout the day. When it came time to pick my car up after the repairs I was not able to find a ride and Theresa set a ride up through the Ford dealership on the shuttle. Since my car was repaired the day after a holiday the shop was very busy. The Ford dealership stayed open after regular business hours so that I could get my car back. I was so pleased with the service I am planning on purchasing a new vehicle within the next year through this dealership because I was so pleased with the service. My current vehicle is older and has high mileage the repairs that were included would have cost me thousands of dollars and being a student I can not afford at this time. The dealership also went the extra mile and fully inspected the car and took notes of any issues that I also needed to keep an eye on. They even made a note that I needed new windshield wipers! My experience was above my expectations and I am a very happy and satisfied customer and will definitely be returning. More
