Jim, the service rep was outstanding. He was very thorough. The reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the mechanic did not use gloves when he drove my car and left dirt/oil on my steering wh thorough. The reason this is not a 5 star rating is because the mechanic did not use gloves when he drove my car and left dirt/oil on my steering wheel. He also over-inflated my tires, one of them was 10 psi more than the others. As I stated, Jim was very thorough…perhaps your mechanics should be too. More
