It was ok, but they did not top off washer fluid, check the steering wheel buttons that were also listed as an issue, was suppose to be ready Saturday, but no word from them, so had to call them Monday. Stopped by there service center to ask about getting a minor issue repaired under the cars warranty. I only intended to make an appointment, but the gal, behind the counter, immediately checked if they ha minor issue repaired under the cars warranty. One was available at that moment, so they pulled my car into the shop and had the part replaced under an hour! Wow, that's service. More

Lots of inconsistencies, between the parts and service Dept (Joseway). Not even the key was replaced, minor belt, keypad wasn’t fixed. I was given false info on the manifold with a lot of excuses about it Not being back ordered and then one popped up from a customer who may have declined the service. This was an awe filled experience and my car was returned without fixing and charge from Mon-Thurs almost a week incurring hotel charges waiting for my vehicle which I thought maybe Wed my truck would have come back completed. I had To also request the diagnostic paper cuz non was given. Finally, my brother from Georgia spoke to Lenny in charge of operations More
