Wayne Akers is a great dealership. I'm very picky and very decisive on how I choose my cars. I chose Mustang GT and Brandon was able to help me choose this. The engine bay was clean. The sound of the engine was thunderous, of course! And that put a big smile on my face. When we test drove it, Brandon made me feel comfortable and at home from the dealership to the car seat and until when it was time to take this great car home. Helped me understand some of the numbers as well because I am very picky with paper work. Overall, very good salesman! More

Khristian is a great service rep. However, my cars tires were not rotated as requested during oil change. Tech did not know L to R for Mach 1 tires due to size difference between fron However, my cars tires were not rotated as requested during oil change. Tech did not know L to R for Mach 1 tires due to size difference between front and rear. Plus, rear end part has been on order for over three months. No idea when the part will arrive. Ford needs to do a better job providing dealers with parts for warranty repairs. On the dealer service , sales etc. I have been very happy with Wayne Akers. More
