I’ve asked for management to contact me 4 separate times. They refuse to give me any indication of when they will repair the damage to the rear bumper that was caused be the malfunction of the backup camera They refuse to give me any indication of when they will repair the damage to the rear bumper that was caused be the malfunction of the backup camera that is on recall. They promised back in October to call me when the replacement part was available. After not hearing back for over 6 months I called them again to find out and turns out now the part is available and the damage happened before I could get an appointment. All the representatives took photos of the damage and promised I would be connected by a manager. The agent on the phone promised a manager would call. Still nothing… since the purchase in 2017 I have had nothing but issues with the vehicle including tint started to peel within a year and their answer was not our problem. Interior trim peeling. Paint started to peel after 3 years again not our problem. Ford does not stand behind their products. They are obviously a sub par product that they know is crap and won’t stand behind. And they sent a driver that can’t drive a stick shift. Luckily the guy dropping off the driver could. You would think they would check the type of vehicle before sending a driver. More

Went for oil change had a good experience. Just hard to send back into garage for 5 tire rotation not done without request. Even though they say it is a Ford service.
