My Bronco Sport required routine service. I made the apt on line, which was easy. Geo is my service rep. He is always professional and friendly. I thought I was buying from a reputable dealership. However, 3 days after I bought my Jeep it started OVERHEATING. No one seemed to have ANY empathy or a care in the world. I wasn't getting any response from Cesar Schultz, who I bought the car from. So, I spoke to the original woman who gets you in the door, told her I can't get the car there bc it over heats, and to tow it was almost 300.00. She told me, "I don't know what to tell ya, you, you bought an AS IS car." It's only been 3DAYS, not only that, I bought the extended warranty! They have been NO help. Also, we agreed on a price, and they overcharged me. I feel, they saw a woman Veteran, and took advantage of the situation. I have bought several cars, and by far, this was my worst experience overall. More
