I brought my car in September 7 didn't get it back out until February 26. Every time I tried to find out what was going on at my car. I never could get a hold of Steve or anybody until a week or so later until February 26. Every time I tried to find out what was going on at my car. I never could get a hold of Steve or anybody until a week or so later and they were kind of condescending especially your service manager. I have never been treated so poorly in the dealership in my life. In fact, if you were my dealership and recognizing my brand, you would've been fired, representing my brand any longer, I had over 30 cars in my lifetime had some bad experiences with some dealerships that never like this and I will be making a formal complaint to Ford Motor Company More
