Travis called me and asked me to please bring my vehicle back because I was unsatisfied with the work they previously did. After bringing the vehicle back and assuming that they were going to cover the $100 back because I was unsatisfied with the work they previously did. After bringing the vehicle back and assuming that they were going to cover the $100 insurance deductible when they didn't fix the car right the first time they chose not to cover it. I ended paying another $100 to a dealership that I swore I was never going back to. They had my Lincoln 5 times in 5 months and took $100 each time , claiming that each incident was unrelated to the next. Over 5 months they changed a motor, wheel bearings, abs sensors, sway bar links and an abs module. I swore I’d never go back but I did and REGRET it big time. Service stinks, people’s attitude stink and customer service is something that the whole team doesn’t understand More
