I was looking for a 2024 Maverick and was told they were not allowed to sell a 2024 because of recall I was surprised because a friend had recently purchased one so now that I think about it they may have b not allowed to sell a 2024 because of recall I was surprised because a friend had recently purchased one so now that I think about it they may have been lying to sale the 2025 I also asked about the Hybrid and the salesperson said she didn’t know anything about that so to be completely honest after looking at other dealers they had 2024 Mavericks and where aware of the Hybrid model I guess I made the wrong decision by trusting this dealership More
I originally brought my truck in for a drive train issue according to the computer and ford, the tech on prem determined it was a pump that cools the charging unit for the batteries? Because of the part being replaced not associated with my vin# which per for customer service was a clerical error. Your dealership required me to pay in full to get my truck based on ford stating I’d be 100% refunded, that did not happen as I was shorted $300.00. Following up after 9 months and 7 visits my check engine light is now off! Now I have per ford a known issue with the Bluetooth that does not have a repair at this time. More
