This review is about my very positive experience with two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with se two gentlemen, Watson Chevrolet and General Motors. I purchase my beautiful Chevy Malibu Turbo from them in 2014. and have always followed up with service and repairs from Watson’s Service Dept. Recently I started having an engine problem. My Fixx tester showed a bad cylinder issue. I called and made an appt. with my service rep. Jerry Rivera. The technicians found a bad cylinder that could not be repaired and would require a new engine. I only had 118K miles on the car. I was devastated, as the cost of a new engine was over 9K. I am 76, recently retired and now on a limited fixed income, with slowly dwindling savings, due to the high cost of living and medical issues. I called the Service Director, Gabriel Sterns and discussed with him my plight. I just could not afford the high cost of the repair nor was I able to buy a used car. Gabriel and Jerry worked with GM to help me cut the cost of the new engine to half and they also provided me with a rental so I was still able to get to my Dr’s appt. etc. I can not say enough about these two wonderful gentlemen and how they helped me solve my problem. I love my car, it's a gorgeous Pearl color and it has to last for as long as I am able to drive. I am forever grateful to Gabriel, Jerry and Watson Chevrolet! More
They don't stand by their quotes and lie. I am use to dealing with honest companies and this company is NOT ONE. They doubled the price I was quoted. When I told them about the quotes, they said that they were wrong and would not honor them. Also, they had my vehicle in their shop for 7 1/2 hours for a 2 hour job. STAY AWAY FROM Watson Chevrolet !!!!!!! More

We owed money on the trade in. The dealership came back with a counteroffer. The loan would be in my wife’s name. We keep the trade in. Then the dealer shocked me. You can keep the truck and let it go. Let it be repossessed. It won’t hurt your credit too much. Since your credit is bad already. Really. I was in shock. That is the worst financial advice I’ve ever received. Anyone, especially from a car dealership. I wouldn’t ever recommend this dealership even to my worst enemy. More

After a rather VERY unpleasant experience with another Chevy dealer in town I came to Watson and they definitely stepped up and made me feel appreciated as a customer. While my salesperson could have been Chevy dealer in town I came to Watson and they definitely stepped up and made me feel appreciated as a customer. While my salesperson could have been a tad more energetic and respectful of my time the sales manager definitely went out of his way to make sure my experience at Watson was a complete 180° of what happened at that other dealer. Based on this sales experience I will definitely be returning to Watson. However whomever does their detail of new cars really should find a new career. The vehicle looked like an inexperienced child washed it. I am happy to say that was the only negative part of my experience. More

I went in Watson and I knew nothing about the Trax the salesman Ervin was amazing he was so knowledgeable and professional and funny before I knew it I brought a new car . STAY AWAY! We would not send our worst enemy to this dealership! On the 19th of this month we went to see and test drive a new vehicle we’ve had our eye on for about two months. Fortunately, we were abl dealership! On the 19th of this month we went to see and test drive a new vehicle we’ve had our eye on for about two months. Fortunately, we were able to test drive a 2021 model that just arrived to the lot earlier that day. The sales guy we met, Luis, was nice and helpful in the beginning BEFORE the numbers started coming into play. We had a 2016 trade in with 32k miles. Kelly Blue Book valued our car at $16,000 for a trade in. Watson valued the car at $11,000. At first we were a little shook by the low value and wondered if we had gotten something wrong. We realize that dealers aren’t going to give the max amount, but this was far lower than we had expected. We then looked closer at the paperwork and saw that the sales manager typed in the mileage at 50,000 miles! We immediately questioned the inaccurate number and Luis said “good catch” and offered a fist bump before going to bring it to the manager’s attention. About 30 seconds later, he comes back to the little office with the same paper in hand stating that the mileage is correct in the computer, but it printed out wrong. He then crosses out 50k miles with his pen and writes 32k miles on the paper. At that point we knew we were absolutely done and there was no way we were buying any vehicle from them. We left, and the next day took the car to get valued at two other dealers in the area. Wouldn’t you know, we were offered $15,000 for our car! Thank you Watson for being sleazy. If not for your lack of customer service and ethics, we would not have found a brand new 2022 with better trim and a boatload more options than your base model for only $3,000 more! More
