So for me, I buy a few cars a year--and I will go see Jose next time I need a car. He was super respectful of my time, helped me get the paperwork done and made the process a breeze. Watson gave me an estimate for body work of about $1100. I took the car in, and after nearly two days they called and said it would be $500 more. This was pretty superficial damage, no new parts, only lab I took the car in, and after nearly two days they called and said it would be $500 more. This is the third truck I have purchased from Watson and every time they have exceeded my expectations! I purchased my last truck 3 years ago and have since then had some financial problems. I talked to someone at another dealership in town that told me I would have to make an "extremely large" down payment or wait until my credit improved to purchase a truck. I called Rocky and told him my situation and the next day I was able to pick up my new truck! Thanks again! More
I went to Watson Chevrolet to buy a new car today. My salesman was named Renee. Renee knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle, how many were on the lot, or what the options were after he brought me pri salesman was named Renee. Another salesman had to keep coming in to answer my simple questions. I didn't catch the name of the other gentleman, but I wish he was my salesman in the first place. Renee had to keep going to another room to look up information instead of using the computer on his desk. It seemed as if he was hiding something from me. I had the options I wanted on the vehicle picked out and, although the vehicle was not on the lot, Renee was able to find one nearby. We started to talk price. I told him what I was looking to spend and he wrote it down. Renee walked away for 20 minutes and came back with the very same piece of paper in his hand. He said, "If I can get you this price, will you buy the car today?" I replied, "Well, I'd like to see some pictures of the vehicle to make sure I'm not overlooking something that I'll regret." I further explained that although I might not walk out the door with the vehicle, that I needed one fairly quickly and I was very serious about buying it. After making me wait another 20 minutes, he returned with that BS four-square worksheet that every sleazy salesman uses, with nothing written on it but the MSRP of the vehicle, and some extra fees added to it, totaling an amount *higher* than MSRP. I said that it was too much money and asked if that was the best he could do. He said it was. At this point, I felt insulted, so I thanked him for his time and walked out. Renee never so much as offered me a bottle of water during the two hours I spent at the dealer, which I could have used after he made me walk around the back lot for 20 minutes looking for non-existent vehicles. The temperatures were in the mid to high 90's today and blacktop doesn't make things any cooler. I walked across the street to the Holmes Tuttle Ford dealer and met a salesman that was actually honest, knowledgeable, and worked with me. I didn't buy the Ford yet, but it has become a much more likely option. Ford should pay Renee for the business he is driving in their direction. More
This was a very pleasant expierence. Rick salvaged a "NEW" car sale deal which had gone bad at the New Sales department and got us in to an awesome 24,000 mile CPO Tahoe for a fantastic deal. If not for his experience and proffessionalism we would've gone to Phoenix. (O'Riely was never and will never be considered.) Bo Watson was ever so kind and assured we would get the best possible deal and treatment you come to expect from a family owned and operated dealership. He and Rick delivered, and then some. My Service has been top notch down to supplying me with a rag to crawl under the vehicle to ensure no drips or smears are left behind after each oil change. When I had it Waxed Jessee took personal responsibility when seeing to it that although the price had increased since I had made the appointment, I would still be charged the old price which was in effect when the appointment was made. Anthony in Parts has an exceptional knowledge base when it comes to gathering information and procuring the exact part(s) I need when I come in. I've purchased Mud Flaps, Touch up Paint and plan to get more accessories in the future. More

Most important though is the level of trust they have built with me. I feel confident that they have never tried to sell me anything my car didn't need, i have always been givin accurate quotes, been kept informed on the progress and my car has always been repaired in a timely manner. I also appreciate the fact that Mr Droubie doesn't treat me like the "dumb female" that knows nothing about cars!!! More
I have taken my 2003 Malibu in a couple of different times for different problems and dealt with Mike Droubie each time. I found Mike to be very professional and knowledgable. It was a great pleasure and comfort to have Mike help me with the repairs. He eased a stressful situation for me. I definitely felt like I was in good hands with Mike. The repairs were handled in a timely manner and were true to what Mike had explained to me and price quoted. One repair was even a little less than what was quoted. A serious problem was also found and caught before it became an engine replacing problem. I will definetly recommend Mike and Watson to my friends, and I will be back. More
I took my car to get the bumper fixed BC we were rear ended. Picked up the car, the trunk was still out of alignment. And I now have front end damage that wasn't there when the car was dropped off. Took it to a different auto body place and they said it was hit and a bracket was broken. Thank you Watson for making my car worse than it was. I will NEVER do business with Watson again! More
I am very unhappy with Watson Chevrolet. We purchased a brand new auto in both my spouses name and my name. We thought everything was fine until the mailings started. All mail received from Chevrolet, On-Star and XM radio has been in my HUSBANDS name ONLY. I was told by On-Star that I would need my husbands PERMISSION to be added to OUR account. Our Salesman at Watson says there was room for only one name in his computer, so he put my husband. This was a joint purchase and I will be the main driver of this vehicle. All I ask is that the paperwork be done in John and Marcia Smith's name together! My sister just purchased a new vehicle from Ford ALL of their mail is coming to Carol and Dick Jones. Get with the times Watson!!! This has ruined the new car buying experience for me! More
