The service writers are attentive, professional, and cordial, and always do their best to make sure the vehicle's service is done well and in a timely fashion. My most recent service was not "scheduled" and my salesman, Damir Gonzalez, and my service writer, David Morales, worked together to quickly get my car into the shop and me in a loaner . Throughout the next several days and until my vehicle was repaired, I was kept totally informed regarding the repairs needed, the parts on order, and the progress of the service. Of note, I have owned and (dealer) serviced other high-end vehicles, including Mercedes and Lexus, as well as another Land Rover that was purchased and serviced at another South Florida dealership several years ago, but in my opinion, for sales and service, Land Rover North Dade trumps them all. More

Before meeting David Angulo and his service associate, Randy, we had far-less enthusiastic - less effective support offered to us from another dealership service department. WH's commitment to whomever brings their vehicle for service has won the client. We are service and sales-comitted to this dealership now :-) More

I'm always greeted by Nestor when he sees me...and I'm always asked is everything OK? He his a genuine person.....and makes me feel like I'm part of the Land Rover family at Warren Henry North Dade. I can see he really cares about how his customers well being.... and about their service experience at his shop. I've observed his leadership abilities many a time....and rest assured....his shop runs like a well oil machined because he expects his employees to perform at their highest level.... so as to provide great service...which is a reflection of him. The bottom line....Nestor makes sure you leave his shop with a smile on your face...because he wants you to be a happy and satisfied customer at every instance! More
Im Never Let Down This is the 2nd Range Rover that I've owned in the last 8 years and every time I have to get it serviced theirs only one person that I have in mind to This is the 2nd Range Rover that I've owned in the last 8 years and every time I have to get it serviced theirs only one person that I have in mind to get me back on the road again fast. Neville Braganza... I can call him anytime to answer any questions and get me booked so as soon as I reach the dealership, hes already waiting to greet me with a smile and get the paperwork taken care of. Weather if i need a loaner or just waiting I know that I can count on him and his team to get me out of there fast. Personally I've been to many dealerships and most of them just run out to get you to buy a care while service dept drinks coffee and relaxes to waste time. Not here that is for sure. I will keep buying Range Rovers and getting them serviced here as long as they keep this chemistry going which is undeniably dependable, and time saving. The best part here is that they all know you like if you were part of the family. I give the customer service 5 stars and two thumbs up. Keep it up guys :) More

Bad experience On August i took my land rover and the estimate they did stated that the oRing needed to be replaced. We had the work done and paid $ 816.80. One week On August i took my land rover and the estimate they did stated that the oRing needed to be replaced. We had the work done and paid $ 816.80. One week later the same gasoline smell was back. I took my vehicle back and at that point I was told i needed to replace the whole gas tank. I was also told that i was going to only be charged for the parts. Since I had already repaired what they original told me was wrong. I was told that the cost would be $ 2,781.18 for parts only. I decided to call around and I thought that the estimated was too high. I received an estimate for $ 2,500.00 including parts and labor. In essence the 2,781.18 that I was getting charged was not in fact on the parts only. I was getting charge the whole thing. I am really disappointed as I have always taken my vehicle there. I want to make sure to put this out here so people will not be taken for a fool as I did by these people More
