Terrible Customer Service I have been a luxury car owner for some time. I have leased a Bentley and purchased a gently used Range Rover from the Lambo dealer. My lease was up on the Bentley and the Range Rover I purchased was five years old. I say all that to say that I have dealt with several luxury car dealerships and they go beyond the level of service. I decided to lease a new 2020 Range Rover from Warren Henry and the level of service has been disgraceful. I e-mailed the website first, some one called me the same day and said a salesperson would call me. They never did. Two days later, I was in the area and decided to show up at the dealership to lease a new car. There was a new salesperson hanging around the receptionist desk so I was helped immediately. After a long day at the dealership, it was time for me to drive off in my 2020 Range Rover and I noticed that the navigation system was not installed! I was pissed. He asked me to drive back the next day and I said absolutely not. He recommended a valet come get my car, I told him to put it on a flatbed. The car is a lease and the only person to put miles on the car is me. It was an ordeal but they installed the navigation system. Next, they told me my trade-in would be paid off in ten days. 18 days later I checked to see if my trade-in was paid off and I had a late fee because they never paid my old car off! My car payment was 12 days late. I have never been late paying my car note. I was furious. The finance guy told me they sent a payment (over the ten days). He sent me a confirmation that said the payment was PENDING. Two days later the dealership still hasn't received payment. The finance guy told me he was going to call me back and never did. Needless to say I am paying the next payment on a car I don't have anymore because I don't want to be reported to the credit bureau's. This has been the worst experience ever. More
I went to this dealership for service. I was having trouble with the shifter handle. I could not get out of park gear. They said I need a new shifter. I paid them and they return the car to me with a w trouble with the shifter handle. I could not get out of park gear. They said I need a new shifter. I paid them and they return the car to me with a warning light on in the dashboard. The eco-start was not working. It was fine when I brought the car in for service. They took the car back kept it in the shop for two days and told me it needs a new battery and wanted to charge me for the repair. It went fine they worked on it and returned the car faulty. And honest dealership would have corrected the problem that they caused during their repair and apologized instead of trying to charge me for their mistakes. The last time I went to this dealership for an oil change I asked for the price upfront prior to bringing the vehicle in. They quoted me a price on the phone and then the service quoted me the same price before the work was done. When it came time to pay the bill they added an extra $25 for a so called shop charge. I said why didn’t you tell me that in advance and they told me they charge everybody $25 for a shop charge. They may charge everybody but they should’ve told me in advance they are very dishonest. They can do this because they on the other dealership in Dade County Florida so they have no competition. Warren Henry Jaguar service On Sunday 09/15/2019 I had my 2016 XF towed from my driveway because in wouldn’t start. I was informed that the closes dealer was Warren Henry in Mia On Sunday 09/15/2019 I had my 2016 XF towed from my driveway because in wouldn’t start. I was informed that the closes dealer was Warren Henry in Miami only 10 minutes away. I figured that All Jaguar dealer were the same and would offer the same quality of service my dealer did (The Collection) in Coral Gables. Boy was I wrong!! First it took two days for them to even look at my car, and when I would ask for a loner the service agent Oscar would advise me no cars were available. After the third day I found out that if you did not purchase your vehicle from their dealer a loner would not be provided. I wish the service agent would have advised me of this so I could have made arrangements instead of having to Uber. But what really upset me was the lack of empathy; I was treated like a problem and was never informed about the status of my vehicle having to call constantly for a week. I will never purchase from this dealer nor ever have my car towed there again. There are better Jaguar dealers in my area that will treat you accordingly after investing thousands of dollars on their product. And if you do decide to take your vehicle for service to this dealer, I wish you the best of luck!!! More

After sitting in the the lobby for 20 minutes the service rep directed me to the adviser’s office who told me that they will not be able to look at my car for another week because they are over booked. I asked her why they made my appointment for today. And why would customer service call to confirm my appointment the day before and not reschedule for a later date if they were overbooked ? Her answer was "I am sorry!!!" I asked if they could give me a loaner for the week while my car was being serviced her answer was "no, since I did not purchase the vehicle form Waren Henry we can not accommodate you with a loaner". Accommodate? I just wasted 1.5 hours and all they could say is "I am sorry". Extremely poor customer service, I will never buy or service a car at Warren Henry More

They always treat their customers as second class citizens at warren Henry I would never purchase or service another car there my other cars I also service at Fort Lauderdale with no issue or complaints maybe you need to find out what customer service class they take and send your whole Dealership there you guys are a disgrace if I could give you no star reviews I would More

I schedule an appointment to wait and have to deal with Pierre, amongst other times telling me sorry the vehicle has to stay , u can’t wait on it and their is 150 vehicles ahead of u. So I ask then why they made my appointment, so he responds they made a mistake , which is typical. I decide to leave and immediately call north Dade and wet palm Land Rover and they accommodate me instantly. The sheer stupidity in communication in south Dade is mind boggling. This isn’t a Toyota dealership but sure feels like it. More

First they don’t have car available for walkings , and second they don’t chance any part of is not from the manufacture according to the services manager . My question is , this is my car or your car ? Manufacture break are so cheap and they spread a lot of dust. Is not making sense , I DO NOT RECOMENT THIS DEALER SPECIALLY THE SERVICES DEPARTMENT ! Always is the same xxxx with those guys ! Seriously I’m so regretful ti have a car with them . More
