I got an appointment quickly and when arrived, my car was taken in on time and I had a great waiting room with refreshments available. I was told they would get me back on the road within an hour and it was taken in on time and I had a great waiting room with refreshments available. I have dealt with Warner Kia for several years now. When it was time to replace my 2011 Sorento I went straight to Warner. I always took our 2006 Sedona to Warner for regular scheduled service and they were good. Recently “one month ago” I had it checked for an oil leak. I was told it was the oil pan gasket. I said go ahea scheduled service and they were good. Recently “one month ago” I had it checked for an oil leak. I was told it was the oil pan gasket. I said go ahead and fix it, 170+ for that. I was assured that’s what the issue was. It’s still leaking oil, I took it back. They pulled it in the service bay and in less than 10 minutes pulled it back out and said it needed 1100 worth of repairs. I couldn’t even get the 170 back that they stole from me. I’ll never return to this dealership for anything and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. WARNER KIA OF PARKERSBURG, WV are dirty scammers playing the old bait and switch game. They’ve lost me as a customer forever. More
We purchased our 2015 Sorrento from Warner and had been happy with the car and the dealership until recently. I brought the car in for service regarding a warning light (electronic stability system) before happy with the car and the dealership until recently. Service was unable to fix the problem but said to bring the car back when the warning light was on. I did bring the car back and it was fixed but I had to pay for the repairs because they took place after the 60000 mile warranty. Neither the dealership nor Kia Motors would honor the warranty. More
