I am not the type of person who likes talking to car salesmen...I am usually ready with dukes up to hear all the non-sense most of them advertise & n I am not the type of person who likes talking to car salesmen...I am usually ready with dukes up to hear all the non-sense most of them advertise & never deliver...However, in my search for a new lease I was talking to a sale rep named Carol Barnao from August 2014 trying to weigh my options on my leased Nissan which i was very unhappy with. Even though i had a few months to wait to make any moves, Carol Barnao spoke to me & answered all my questions each time we spoke...I never felt rushed or that she was too busy or even that i had to come in & talk. It's a big deal putting yourself into a vehicle for a few years & she did not pressure me. I felt like she was my sister! When i felt confident & ready to move, I knew where i was going...Straight to Wantagh Mitsubishi to see Carol Barnao...In my opinion she is one of the best car sales reps there are! She led me through the process with no bumps and she stayed late to show me how my car worked with all the bells & whistles...Treatment I have never gotten from another car dealership & I have been to a few! Customer service doesn't stop there...the rest of the staff Marty Nix & Mark Perlberg are tops too! I highly recommend Wantagh Mitsubishi to everyone looking for a new car! So I am day 2 in my 2015 Outlander Sport AWD and it is everything i wanted & more! More
