Everyone from Leo, the young man in the Service Department, who is truly a gentleman from the 'old school', to Marty Nix, the manager who, with a smile, arranged for extras for me. were all so overwhelmingly gracious. They seemed to relish the fact that they are in a position to make people happy, regardless of getting the sale. My salesperson, Carol, was delightful. I was expecting the worse and had 'my guard up'. Carol went out of her way to match me with an auto that I was comfortable with. I am a senior citizen, and Carol even made sure that getting in/exiting the auto was comfortable for someone my age. Her attention to personal details made me feel as though I was shopping in Saks Fifth Avenue. Also, thank you Wantagh Mitsu for making sure I got so very much 'bang for my buck' More

No call back. Had to go through Marty to finish deal Im a 5 time repeat customer and they nearly lost this number 5. I met sales person then made subsequent call to negotiate better monthly payment.
