From the moment my wife and I stepped foot into the dealer we were immediately greeted by Al Omar and I told him we wanted to test drive a 2016 Outlander. Without any hesitation he let us test drive both the 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder models. After the test drive we sat down, talked about the car and what other models we were interested in. We were not pressured at all into purchasing that day and we left with a positive experience (Unlike many other dealers in my area). Two weeks later I called Al and told him I was inserted in a 2016 Outlander GT. I came in, test drove the car one more time and purchased the car. He got me the exact model I asked for including the extra accessories. The sales manager Mark Perlberg was also very helpful to us detailing everything on the contract. Overall we are very satisfied with this dealer. We felt like they take that extra step in helping their customers needs and I would definitely buy another car from them in future. More

She has had a lancer on a current lease that was due back in the very near future. I looked and researched all the other Mitsubishi dealers and found the perfect car at Wantagh. I emailed them to find out all the leasing details. I received an email back from Carol Barnao and a phone call from Rodney Gomez. I gave them her budget and the monthly she could afford. They worked it out perfectly. What they told us was exactly what it was when we got there. Carol and Rodney really over extend and go out of their way to make sure you get what you wanted. They make sure you are a happy customer. They are not pushy at all which is what we cherised from them. They are very professional and knowlegable. They make you feel so comfortable around them. It made the whole buying experience a positive one. We will definitely be back. Mark the finance manage was great. Every bit of paper work was explained so we understood all the terms.
