Our salesperson, Carol Barnao, was warm, friendly and very likable. The purchase was quick and we picked the car up the next day, after another quick visit with Mark in finance. I liked the small "homey" feel of the dealership and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

Obviously this is the best dealer for the best vehicle.The sales department is very helpful and knowledgeable their products. They will help you pick the best vehicle for you at the best price. The service is fantastic. They will do the work you request and do it quickly and correctly the first time. They may suggest other work be done, but leave that decision up to you. They will not 'guilt trip' you into having something done if you do not want it. They will also get the best financing available for you. So if you want a Mitsubishi (I think they are a silent giant in the auto industry) this is the ONLY place to go,no if ands or buts !!! More

Last of A Dying Breed Wantagh Mitsubishi is not only one of the last family car dealerships in the metropolitan area, but one of the few truthful dealerships as well. The salesmen here will not lie and say they have the car you want, unless they are actually able to get it. I have been to three different Mitsubishi dealerships in NYC before I took the extra ride to Wantagh, and it was truly a great decision. After being bamboozled and leaving deposits on cars that dealers never had, it was refreshing to find that Wantagh asked for my deposit after they had given me the VIN number of the car after they had acquired it. Marty, the owner, is an authentic businessman, where his handshake is his word. Marty DarConte, was able to get the Lancer Evolution with the packages that I wanted on three separate occasions. Wantagh Mitsubishi is well known to other dealerships, and are much more inclined receive the vehicle that you are looking for if another dealership happens to have it. Marty D, a veteran of Wantagh Mitsubishi will fight to get you the lowest interest rates, and will not accept mediocrity. I bought two Evo's from Marty already, and despite my lackluster credit, he still managed to get me a very low interest agreement. Wantagh Mitsubishi is a one of a kind dealership, and by far the best Mitsubishi in New York, and they rank amongst the elite in the entire USA. There customer service and reliability is unmatchable, and it was a pleasure doing business with them. More
They treat their customers like they are stupid Marty Dar Conte was my salesman firstly he gave me the sales pitch which i am familiar with he gave a ton of stories i didnt want to hear because i we Marty Dar Conte was my salesman firstly he gave me the sales pitch which i am familiar with he gave a ton of stories i didnt want to hear because i went for a car not for a conversation, however he told a few lies about the car like he was saying that mitsubishi has the best warranty and no one else has this warranty. This is not true it is the same as kia and hyundai he insisted they have less warranty and he said he did his research well i did also and he lied. He said the car was undervalued which that was a lie because my bank confirmed it then they kept nickle and diming me, they did not put all the charges on the receipt. I ended up paying extras like 2 times because one guy said the "salesman doesn't know about that charge sorry for the mix up " Plus the day i decided to buy the car the discount on the internet was $1000 the day after the discount was $2000 and they said it was an error, they didnt honor their own price. I still bought the car because i like it but i almost didnt buy it because they were xxxxxxx me around they are not honest people at all i will not do business and the salesman even kept saying he is looking out for me and he deals with people the right way and he didnt he tried to win my trust by lying to me. Thats not a straight shooter. Plus they said they would wash the car and they didnt. they didnt even top off the fluids i did it when i got home. oh and i almost forgot the last price we agreed on is 20000 all charges included and i still paid $160 extra they really live up to their reputation. I will tell you this they like when people come into their store and dont have a clue what they are looking at. that way they can play them More
