When I walked into Wantagh Mitsubishi, Alyse came up to greet me, all smiles and was in such a great mood having just returned from a Caribbean vacation, but apparently, according to her co-worker, this is her authentic, warm, friendly person all of the time...she really does have a kind-hearted familiar vibe to her. When I presented her with the wants/needs for my new wheels, I sorta thew her a curveball, and mentioned that being a vegan and animal rights activist, one of my primary concerns was to absolutely avoid anything that had leather in it (steering wheel, dashboard, console, etc)...she swung and hit a home run! Alyse went above and beyond to research and find the most appropriate choice for me, and I'm extremely satisfied with her customer service and my Lancer! More

Planet Mitsubishi had bad reviews and i visited the dealership in Long Island City and it was tiny and the person i spoke to didn't seem like he knew alot about the car i was interested in. So i decided on visiting Wantagh Mitsubishi for the brand new 2016 Outlander SE. I was impressed with the salesperson Carol, she knew alot about the car that i wanted and the process was simple, professional and i didn't feel pressured in making my decision. Went in for my first oil change and while i was waiting in the wait room, they even offered my pizza that they had extras(very surprised).Oil change took less than an hour too. I'd do it all over again! More
