We have owned 2 Toyota vehicles before purchsing the Tacoma. We had been waiting for over a year to purchase the new vehicle and really did not plan to buy the day we visited Walter's Toyota, only to g Tacoma. The day we went to the Toyota dealership, we were greeted by a young lady, Ashley Adkins, she was very informative and well educated about the vehicles on the lot. We knew what our price range was and were going to have to take other avenues to get the range we needed, the sales manager met with us, we told him we would have to see what our local bank could do about the payment range, he immediately met with other staff and came down to the payment we knew we could handle. The credit manager, Sherrie Wells was also very personable and very, very knowledgable in her job. Overall, we have dealt with 3 Toyota dealers and this dealer is by far the most considerate and concerned dealer. More
