We are committed to providing high quality customer service, but based on your review, you did not share that experience. That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. We are very sorry about the negative experience you had at our dealership and will look to improve our communication in the future. However, under the Ford Motor Company A/Z - Plan (Employee Purchasing Program), which you are using to purchase your Ford, there is a set price that every vehicle must be sold for. We are not allowed to deviate from this price under any circumstance. If we choose to deviate from this price we face possible punishment from Ford that include fines and removal from the A/Z - Plan, which would significantly effect our business. Besides losing our A/Z - Plan privlidges, you and your sponsor could possibly loose yours as well. We are sorry about any error made on our end, or misscommunication. However, as I mentioned the selling price is set by Ford (A/Z - Plan is below invoice) and we never changed the selling price for you. Again, we apologize for any errors or misscommunication between you and the dealership and will do anything we can for you in the future to make you a satisfied Walt Sweeney Ford Customer.
