She realized without judgement that I wasn't able to get exactly what I wanted at this time, so she worked tirelessly to make sure that I got something as close as possible. She was able to find me, almost immediately, a Ford Focus Titanium that I wanted with some bonus features. The only difference between that and what i was looking for was the year.
